Position: Operations Manager

Company: Online Shopping Mall (E-commerce)

Location: Kado, Abuja

Roles:

1.  Manage eCommerce platform experience including finding product, product images, adding to cart and order placement process
2. Drive strategy for the online store, order management and fulfillment process
3. Project and manage all eCommerce related activities from discovery to implementation on-time and under budget
4.  Regularly test site enhancements to ensure proper functionality
5. Manage Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting and project trends for use in forecasting
6. Report all website bugs/issues and work with developers to find resolutions
7. Manage email deployment to customer database;
8.  Manage and supervise all dispatch riders 
9. Supervise the creation, testing and deployment of promotions and content on sites with the digital marketer
10. Attend to customers' complaints and reviews
    

Requirements:

1. A bachelors degree 
   
2. Minimum of 2 years proven experience in e-Commerce and fulfillment or managerial role
3. Must be tech Savvy with a comprehensive understanding of e-Commerce
4. Ability to manage online sales and delivery efficiently
   
5. Experience with fleet management and quality control
   
6. Ability to maintain and track accurate records of orders and delivery
7. Good verbal and written communications skills
8. You can work independently and thrive when given freedom and flexibility
9.  Posses strong prioritization skills
10. Strong customer care skills
